    The protagonist of the book is a skeptical physicist, a Nobel laureate, but in fact a big sloven and a womanizer.
  4. Семе́йная жизнь оберну́лась для него́ не тако́й уж лёгкой но́шей, его́ новоиспечённая жена́ оказа́лась обы́чной неря́хой.
    Family life turned out to be quite a heavy burden for him, his newly acquired wife turned out to be a habitual sloven.
